Technical Certificate in Business Administration Level 3 City and Guilds Key Skills Level 2 in Communication How did your course go? During her Modern Apprenticeship, Kathryn has learned valuable skills not only related to her NVQ but valuable in fulfilling her job role with Firebrake Wales. Her job role has increased encompassing re writing and researching all policies and procedures and she has re designed and re branded the company logo. She has developed her position in the company to a higher level. She has become quite an integral part of the company taking on new roles all the time. “My aim was to gain a qualification in ICT and BA to further my career and develop my knowledge and understanding in Business Administration so I could take on new roles. I have gained so much understanding for my job role and my confidence has really grown. I am happy to take on new challenges and always ready to learn new skills”. Kathryn Eveleigh 18th June 2009 The course has been of great benefit to Kathryn with taking on, exploring, researching and writing up new policies and sustainability reports. I have seen a complete change in Kathryn’s confidence. She is far more willing and eager to take on new roles within the company and volunteers to take on any new challengers. Firebrake Wales Kathryn is applying the skills she gained in her Administration role with Firebrake Wales and as a result of the skills gained in the Modern Apprenticeship she is able to complete tasks with greater ease and take on further responsibilities. “The staff and myself are delighted by Kathryns’ success.
