What is an NVQ?
National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are work based awards in England & Wales that are achieved through assessment and training.

What is an FMA?
Foundation Modern Apprenticeships (FMA) provide basic work-based training and development courses.

What is an MA?
Modern Apprenticeships (MA) provide advanced work-based training and development courses.

How long will the course take?
Most learners complete their courses within 4-8 months

What are the costs?
Many courses are fully funded by the Department for Education and Lifelong Learning & Skills (Wales) or the Learning Skills Council (England). The only cost to companies is staff time.

How do I apply for training for my staff?
Call or email us and we will meet with you to discuss your training needs and take you through the training process.

Where does training take place?
We visit most learners in the workplace, some attend their local CADCentre.

What are Key Skills?
Key skills are the skills which will be required in the world of work and are important in all aspects of life. Our Mandatory Key Skills are: Application of Number (AON) and Communications (Comms). We also support other Key Skill qualifications such as Information and Communicating Technologies (ICT), Improve Own Learning (IOL) and Working With Others (WWO).
